Anyway to get MAF to show in g/s when english is selected

Most MAF readings are showed in g/s on American cars but after selecting my units of measure as English which most other readings are reported on American cars in English measurements the MAF shows up in lb/min which I am not use to. My snap on scanner alows me to change this to either measurement I want. Is there anyway to make the MAF reading only show in g/s. -

You have to change it to metric which also changes everything else. -
